IGD Sport came to Modelabs with a clear challenge: showcase 12 products from their DUCTOR activewear and compression wear range with campaign-grade imagery and video content, produced without the cost or complexity of a traditional shoot. The brief called for male and female models, a Hyrox training environment, and a content suite built to perform across social, digital, and paid media.

Before a single image was generated, we built the creative foundations from scratch — two distinct AI model characters (male and female), two fully realised environments (a raw industrial Hyrox training facility and a competition arena), and a locked prompt bible to maintain visual consistency across every asset. From those foundations we produced a tiered content suite across stills and video — performance shots, lifestyle moments, product-focused hero images, group compositions, and competition-day sequences. Every image was art directed with the same intention and precision you'd bring to a real shoot. Midway through production, the client asked us to take the creative in a new direction — rawer, more authentic, more human. We paused, retested, presented a new concept batch for sign-off, and pivoted the entire campaign without losing momentum. It's the kind of flexibility a traditional production simply can't offer. The final delivery included 60+ campaign stills, 17 videos across Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0, landscape hero shots for web and banner use, group hero compositions built for billboard scale, and a set of benefit-led images designed to support Trustpilot and Facebook review integration across paid social.
