ModeLabs is an AI content production studio creating campaign-grade visuals and video for fashion, beauty, activewear and FMCG brands — the quality of a traditional shoot, delivered at the speed of AI. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own how ModeLabs shows up in the market: our content, our campaigns, our pipeline.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a media budget from a distance. You'll be marketing a company whose product is marketing content — which means the bar for our own output is high. You'll work directly with the founder and creative team to turn exceptional client work into demand: positioning, paid and organic campaigns, and a content engine that reaches marketing directors and ecommerce leaders at ambitious product brands.
Own the ModeLabs marketing engine end to end. Plan and run paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram and search, built around our client work and case studies. Sharpen our positioning against both traditional agencies and pure-AI competitors — our edge is human creative direction powering AI production, and every campaign should make that obvious. Track performance, report on what's driving pipeline, and continuously refine targeting, messaging and creative. Work closely with production so that what we promise in market matches what we deliver in projects.
You'll be marketing at the front edge of how brand content gets made. Every week you'll have new campaign-grade work to build from — editorial fashion, product film, full brand campaigns — produced with tools most marketers haven't touched yet. You'll have real ownership: no layers of sign-off, direct access to the founder, and the freedom to test ideas fast. We're a lean, ambitious studio, so your work directly moves the business — you'll see the connection between a campaign you ran and a client we signed.
We work with taste. No gimmicks, no "AI slop", no racing to the bottom on price. If you care about craft as much as conversion, you'll fit here.
ModeLabs is small, fast and building something genuinely new: a studio where human creative direction and AI production combine to give brands work they couldn't previously afford — or couldn't previously imagine. You won't be a cog in a marketing department. You'll be the person who decides how one of the most interesting studios in this space tells its story, and you'll have the work to back it up.
If you want your marketing to sell craft, not clichés — apply.
